Gig speed WiFi, a work desk or cafe table and cable TV are featured in this air-conditioned room. A microwave, a small refrigerator and a private bathroom are also included.
Double Queen
Newly renovated in 2022! Double up in these spacious double queen rooms. All are located on the first floor with a café table or desk, space for bikes, gig speed WiFi, a flat screen TV. A microwave, a mini fridge and a private bathroom are also included in this air conditioned room.
Single Queen
Our most economical of rooms. Free WiFi, a work desk and a cable TV are featured in this air-conditioned room. A microwave, a small refrigerator and a private bathroom are also included.
Double Queen Suite
Newly renovated in 2022! Pack in the whole group! This room features 2 queen beds and a brand new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress. This is the most spacious of our options. A group table, space for bikes, gig speed WiFi, and cable TV are featured in this air-conditioned room. A microwave, a small refrigerator and a private bathroom are also included.

Only minutes from the Colorado National Monument and some of the best biking in the West, including 18 road and Kokopelli trails! Balanced Rock Inn offers clean, comfortable rooms, free WiFi and cable TV.
For your convenience, a work desk or table, microwave, coffee pot and small refrigerator are provided in each air-conditioned room. Every room has an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.
Free parking is provided at Balanced Rock Inn. Other amenities include a bike service station, bike wash station, outdoor seating and firepit, luggage storage, a snack vending machine, and an ice machine.
Moab is a 2 hour drive and Grand Junction is only a 15 minute drive from the Inn.
